About Us
ERP Group was founded on these five principles
Value: exceeding expectations
Hospitality: work with passion, honesty, creativity, and dependability
Integrity: know and do what is right when no one is looking
Respect: treating others the way you want to be treated
Accountability: an obligation to make things better, to pursue excellence, and to do things in ways that further the goals of your organization.
In my career, financial reporting has always been a focus of mine as well as using a P&L to better operations. Using accurate financial reporting is the fundamental way to make smart and effective business decisions. That is just a small piece of what I hope to bring to the table for any business that I work with.

When the 2020 global pandemic hit, I decided to start the certification process of being a QB pro-advisor. I realized how many small to medium sized businesses there were that just weren't equipped to handle the "chaos" that stemmed from the information overload. From PPP loans, to SBA grants, to government guidance, the information was hard enough for larger companies to digest, let alone smaller to mid sized businesses.
